Sustainable Energy & Natural Resource Management

The Natural Resource Management and Sustainable Energy program provides students the opportunity to explore various social, cultural, economic and ecological considerations linked to the earth’s resources that power societies in the 21st century.  Students will become familiar with a variety of local energy efficiency measures and investigate how renewable resources can improve cost effectiveness of small and large-scale utility systems.  Curriculum aligned with University of Alaska programs.
