GILA Sports & Activities

Students attending the Galena Interior Learning Academy are offered a variety of athletic opportunities. Galena Schools participate in Region VI, participating in the Aurora Conference (Basketbal, Volleyball). Other sports compete on a statewide level, in Division 3A.  Below you will find a list of sports and activities offered to students, along with their respective coaches/advisors.

Athletics Participation

Students and parents will need to create accounts with PlanetHS (formerly Arbiter Athlete) to complete pre-participation forms for ASAA-sponsored sports/activities. All forms can be signed electronically.
